ELN is a non profit corporation I created to promote sustainable living. My mission is to participate and support stewardship of the planet and our bodies. ELN’s guiding principles are easily summarized and remembered by this motto, ‘Respect your-self, nature and humanity’.
Each of the seven letters of RESPECT representing 7 action steps you can incorporate into your daily routine. (Recycle/renewable energy, Eat organic, Stay hydrated, Practice meditation, Exercise/movement, Connect to nature, Take time to celebrate).”
